Sandra MURRU is a sociologist with expertise in social action, public health, and health promotion, trained in social health inequalities and currently completing a programme in workplace well-being with a focus on psychosocial risks.

A Pilates teacher, runner, and occasional artist, she embraces movement, creativity, and balance as part of a holistic health approach. Originally from Sardinia, a recognised Blue Zone, she draws on her heritage to promote a healthy and meaningful lifestyle.

Sandra aims to improve quality of life in Belgium by applying Blue Zone principles: balanced diet, regular activity, strong social ties, and a sense of purpose. Her path blends social engagement, health promotion, and a drive for a more sustainable society.
